Obesity2Balance Refund Policy

Obesity 2 Balance (Obesity2Balance) will provide customers a 100% refund for classes or seminars, if the client cancels their registration 30 calendar days before the scheduled class start date. O2B provides a 95% refund for registrations that are cancelled between twenty-nine (29) and seven (7) calendar days before the class start date. Clients that wish to change a scheduled class date will also have the option to reschedule the class registration at no additional cost, if the change is requested at least seven calendar (7) days before the scheduled class date. Clients that wish to cancel a class registration less than seven (7) calendar days before a scheduled class will be required to pay all applicable class costs in full. All other refunds are subject to approval by the Schedule Manager, and all Refund requests should be faxed or e-mailed to: Registration@Obesity2Balance.Com
